Frequently asked questions

Where do you fly?

Our current service area runs from Bradenton to Englewood, Florida. Enter your site ZIP in the request form to check coverage. If it’s outside our area, you can ask to be notified when service becomes available.

What can I request?

We offer construction progress records, visible-condition reports for property and land, and edited listing photos. The Services page shows the work currently open for requests.

What will I receive?

Site progress and condition work includes dated photos and a reviewed report. A person checks flagged items before delivery. Listing shoots deliver edited aerial photos, without a condition report. View a sample pond report to see the report format.

How much does it cost?

Pricing depends on the service and site. For progress and condition work, we confirm the scope and price after reviewing your request. Listing photos have package pricing in their booking form. Recurring-program pricing is listed on the Services page.

Can you return on a regular schedule?

Yes. Construction and building programs start with a paid visit. Later visits can follow a schedule or key milestones, returning to consistent viewpoints where possible. Discuss a project to work out the scope.

Do I need an account?

You can browse services and check coverage without an account. To continue a flight request, sign in or create an account using an emailed code. We also ask what kind of work you need.

How is the flight scheduled?

Tell us your preferred timing in the form. We review the request and confirm the flight window by email. Your preferred date is a request, not a confirmed appointment.

What can a report tell me?

Reports document visible conditions and identify areas for closer review. They do not establish structural adequacy, code compliance, repairs, or insurance conclusions. Measurements and mapped products require the appropriate licensed professional’s control. Our current aircraft use visible-light cameras, not thermal or multispectral sensors. We do not analyze people, faces, license plates, interiors, or balcony contents.
